Today's Rant will be short. I just came across an interesting video that correlates the words of Jesus regarding the end times and the current president.
I want to say up front that I do not personally believe that Obama is the anti christ even if some of his beliefs seem to me to support Satan's agenda. Anyway watch the video and see what you think.

I'd never heard of GOD TV but today I received an email that Newt was going to be featured in a  live event joined by Huckabee and others in a talk centered around rediscovering God in America and how important faith in the public square is in todays world. Unfortunately I read the email to late to hear this talk but got the chance to hear another speaker whose talk centered around government/freedom/God and the constitution. Bottom line more government more poverty/less freedom--less government more wealth and freedom.
Now you may ask how this ties into my title for this post. Below I am going to outline my latest rant around one more attempt to reduce our freedoms, my thoughts about it and follow up comments.

I find the decision by CBS OUTDOOR to deny ad space for the [wheres the birth certificate] ad appalling at best. Especially in light of the fact that you allow truly offensive ads on your billboards promoting violence, sex, and many types of alternative lifestyle campaign ads that millions of people in this country abhor.

Those four words ask a simple question, easily answered. Recent polling suggests that over 70% of the people in this country are concerned about this issue.

Even though never mentioned by name it is obvious to every one that President Obama, who  promised in campaign rhetoric, to be the most honest and transparent administration ever seated is creating one of the most opaque administrations in history when it concerns him personally.

When main stream media and subsidiaries like yours stifle honest questions like this from even seeing the light of day it just goes to the point that many hold in this country that you are a defacto arm of the Obama Machine and in fact prove to many that this IS the year that Journalism died in this country.

One last thing: to stonewall and refuse to explain how a company that is trying to purchase your service has violated your terms of service beyond the statement that they are violating those terms: IE from WND article


shows such a total lack of courage to back up your position that it tells me that you cannot support your own statement with any proof that the ad in fact, vioaltes your policies.

When your own local account representative had no problem with the ad and was directed by higher authority to refuse accepting the ad it lets anyone with a brain realize that there is certainly some type of agenda in play-politics or otherwise.

My hope is that this action of yours, receives so much attention, that businesses across the nation look for alternative billboard space for their ads and affect your miserable bottom line even more.

What is going on America? If the headlines above from just the last few weeks doesn’t cause you concern about your freedoms being taken away I don’t know what will. When you add these blatant attacks by the government on our most personal and closely cherished freedoms to the other recent moves towards a fascist government it should let you know that if this continues, the America that we grew up in, and was the greatest testament to the world-- that our way of life was the most open, generous and successful country in the world.

When Government Officials can intrude into the privacy of your home and ask these kind of personal questions:

“Do you have a regular weekly meeting in your home? Do you sing? Do you say 'amen'?" the official reportedly asked. "Do you say, 'Praise the Lord'?"

What is next- do you listen to fox news-do you attend TEA parties-Do you own guns-Do you [you name it]…

The pastor's wife answered yes to the questions above concerning prayer meetings in her home with friends.

I am so tired of the above quote being misrepresented as meaning that the government must not approve of Christianity in any overt way. The original concept and force behind the statement in the first amendment regarding religion was put in place to ensure that the government didn’t set up an official government sanctioned church—like the Church of England—that did not allow Christians with viewpoints different from the official church to function freely. The founders certainly did not expect the results we live with today--where religions other than the Judeo Christian foundation that they used as the starting point for our country would be given the promotion and approbation and many cases superiority over a Judeo-Christian perspective.

Broyles continued, "If one's home is one's castle, certainly you would the think the free exercise of religion, of all places, could occur in the home." I’d agree how about you?

Why do you fund the non disclosure of your original long form birth certificate [to the tune of $800,000.00 dollars and counting]

Why don't you immediately release TODAY your long form original birth certificate and kill the latest rumor that you intend to release in one to two months a fake document that you have caused to be created in place of your real original - using paper, ink and equipment from that era that is being seasoned to appear aged appropriately.

Why do you refuse to disclose your college transcripts and

How did you travel to countries that did not allow travel in their countries on an American passport?

Why does your only living grandmother say that you were born as she looked on in a Kenyan Hospital?

Why did you ask your cousin in the Kenyan Government to seal anything about you from disclosure to concerned questioners?

How can you believe that anyone can spend their way out of debt?

Why do you go out of your way to denigrate America and all she stands for to anyone that will give you airtime especially if it will be published in venue's at odds with everything America stands for up till now?

Why do you uplift dictators and seek their companionship while at the same time distancing yourself from long time allies?

How can you disclose 'secret information' that by its classification has been determined to be harmful to the safety of our nation if improperly published? Ever heard the term traitor?

What leads you to believe that socialistic economic practices that have proven to fail in every place they have been used and endorsed will lead [what has been up till now the most productive and wealthy nation in the history of the world] to our continued success and dominance in world affairs?

Why do you say that America should be viewed as no better or worse than any other nation?

Why are you unable to put forth even one nominee for your cabinet that doesn't have some sort of disqualifying attribute?

I could go on like this for hours but this is enough. Please do not reply via your whitehouse spokesman--he is either an idiot or he fumbles every question put to him due to the fact that even he can't believe the party line you expect him to promote.

Enough Already.
I've had it. Today I was reading a commentary posted here at the town hall detailing how far quote Christian enterprises will go to not offend any secular endeavor as long as the payoff is big enough: RE: Georgetown and the annoited ones' speech recently held there.

Then we go into Obama's positions that strongly suggest that religious views that aren't watered down in a way that will not potentially offend any other religious tenants held by competing religions are not appropriate for display in the public square.

Finally an article posted at world net daily on an April 29th opening of a portrait portraying Obama in the role of an easily recognizable substitute for Jesus; that is sacriligeous to any Christian, as being totally acceptable is the last straw for me.

When are the conservative majority that profess to be Christians going to stand up in one voice and say enough. I am tired of the screaming minority in this country shaping the debate by continuous tirade and attacks on anyone that has the temerity to voice a dissenting view; whether it be pro life-prayer-moral conduct as outlined in their reference book--the Bible--capitalism and on and on...

If conservatives and christians alike want to keep our country as it was set up in the beginning, as something special, blessed by a Christian God, they had better develop a set of lungs and the courage to step up and out for those beliefs-- without concern of being labeled controversial, racist,unenlightened,non progressive and on and on..you fill in the adjective or quicker than a thief in the night it will be too late and all will be lost.

From late night with Jay Leno to I will not accept a resignation from Geitner (what a guy) our leader in chief seems to have a total disconnect with any type of traditional moral or ethical stabilizing foundation. His recent discourse on those two subjects in yet another trip to the media demostrates hubris of unimaginable proportions.

For someone that has spent close to a million dollars to keep the public from being able to gain insight into what/where Obama actually holds dear IE his college financial statements and transcripts to his long form birth certificate proving his eligibility to hold the office of the President it certainly cries fowl as to his moral and ethical standards. So much for his sermon from the mount on a new and totally transparent government.

But hey why stop there how about no lobbyists will be in my administration- UH except for the ones I appoint. OR every bill proposed by the legislative branch will be put into the public domain for 5 days so that the PEOPLE can see what is being proposed and have an input-(change we need and yes we can silently fading to an echo) Except for the ones that aren't - can anyone say AIG, well to be fair why should we complain when the representatives, other than the sponsor of that bill, didn't get to read it either but voted for its' passage anyway and now are howling from the rooftops in outrage because they don't want to be tarred and feathered for malfeasance.

I remember President Bush commenting once that on a daily basis he had to go to the Lord in Prayer-always striving to ensure that his actions were in line with what he believed a superior intelligence would counsel.

It seems that the only thing Obama believes is superior to him [after all how many times has he said- I won - I am the president] is his belief that what is mine is mine and what is yours is mine.

With just the couple of items discussed above-forget about all of the other issues we could discuss (global swarming-melting polar icecaps-funding abortion around the globe regardless of your view point-degradation of safety regarding terrorists-cap and trade-dishonest and inept congress-we could go on and on)--the point is: Americans have fallen victim to what I have dubbed OSS of S Obama Socialist stress syndrome. It seems we have lost the ability to believe that we can make our desires a reality as it relates to our governmental representatives. One can understand when the citizens at an 80% and higher percentage tell congress that they do not support a proposed bill and congress does it anyway.

Unfortunately; or maybe it is a good thing--just like delayed stress syndrome from war time events-many times the afflicted individual reacts in a violent and unpredictable manner-I feel that millions of Americans are approaching that breaking point and are about to take drastic measures to take their government back, maybe that is why Obama and his appointee's are working so hard to make it difficult for the citizens to keep and bear arms or at least remove easy access to the ammunition for their arms if they aren't confiscated. Ever hear of HR 45.

Jefferson promoted a minor revolution every 20 years or as an argument to keep from pressures building up with overeaching government and having to deal with a major and debilitating conflict. Maybe we should have listened.

An oath (from Anglo-Saxon að, also called plight) is either a promise or a statement of fact calling upon something or someone that the oath maker considers sacred, usually God, as a witness to the binding nature of the promise or the truth of the statement of fact. To swear is to take an oath.

Article 2 of the the United States Constitution prescribes that the President must take the oath "before he enter on the Execution of his Office".

The oath of office of the President of the United States is an oath or affirmation required by the United States Constitution before the President begins the execution of the office.

38 words and a bible by convention (or another book) to anknowledge that the oath maker is calling upon a higher authority to bear witness to the bingding nature of his promise.

As one popular jingle goes "so easy a cave man could do it".

Not so in the case of our bigger than life new president-(at least for the present) until his status of even being a legitimate holder of the office is ferreted out.

In his excitement to hurry up and get his swearing in over so that he could get access to executive power, he cut off the officiating official in mid sentence causing him to mis speak the required order of words necessary to take on the mantle of power. Strike one.

The oath was again presented incorrectly missing one of the words. Strike two.

The oath was repeated in the original incorrect sequence. Strike three. But left there to get on with the circus.

After review by constitutional scholars the decision was made that the oath requirements neccessary to gain access to legitimate executive power had not been fulfilled properly and in an excess of caution would be readministered in private.

This time the words were recited and repeated correctly in the proper sequence BUT THE BIBLE WAS LEFT OUT. Strike four.

The requirement is that the oath must be sworn to with a book in hand that bears evidence that the oath is being sworn to by a higher power, that the oath taker acknowledges as having that power, in order to provide evidence of the binding power of his oath. By convention in America, it is the Bible. Not so for Obama. When questioned, his response was it wasn't necessary, He was just doing the redo as a matter of form.

The question is: if the original swearing in ceremony was conflicted enough to be considered invalid and requiring it to be done again correctly, anything sworn to in that event became null and void, so in the repeat of the oath who or what exactly was Obama putting in play as required as the binding authority.

Once again he didn't get it right and some are saying he needs to do it over and this time do it right--his response not necessary. Constitution? Whats that got to do with it?

I guess maybe his followers have it right--he is the messiah and therefor doesn't need to make an oath to a higher power- THE ONE is enough.

Just one more item to add to the list of the things that do not matter:
No records
No birth certificate
No Constitution
No God

I weep

I have 2 points to make regarding Obama's Oath of office:
1. It is no wonder that the chief justice had a hard time getting the words out of his mouth to swear in Obama. After all, he and his cohorts have spent the last 3 months (with more scheduled during the upcoming weeks), in closed conference deciding if they have the moral courage to take on one of the many cases that are before the court demanding that Obama provide evidence that he is a legitimate person to hold the office of the president- a simple thing to prove and something that Obama to date has spent north of $800,000.00 dollars to keep under wraps. All he needs do is produce his original long form birth certificate at a cost of about $10.00 in most states. Unfortunately the justices in spite of hundreds of thousands of letters asking them to do their duty and ensure that the constitution of the united states is followed and held sancrosanct have to date not found the courage to ask for such a simple document that virtually every american provides every day to obtain identification/jobs/passports and a myriad of other documents required by various authorities.

Lord help us and keep us safe from all enemies foreign an domestic. Do not turn your face away from us even though we do not deserve your patience. Forgive us as our nation seems to be in a death spiral of moral decay, depravity and greed.

Being the wordsmith that Obama claims to be I am sure that he meant exactly every word he uttered in his "bungling " of the oath of office to wit: I am sure he intends to "execute" ( and in this case I believe he is using the definition associated with :To Kill) the office of the president and He will *faithfully* carry out that mission.
